NB Woods Closure & Fire Safety Measures
Due to extremely dry conditions across the province, the Government of New Brunswick has closed all crown lands to recreational activity and strongly encouraged private property owners to do the same to reduce the severe risk of wildfires.
Poley Mountain has decided to close the Mountain for all activities. This includes all trails, access points, and the Lodge.
Our team will continue to monitor the situation daily with a plan to re-open as soon as it is safe for our community, team, and guests.

EXTENDED SLOPE SIDE RESTAURANT & PATIO HOURS
This is the place to hangout pre and post-ride this season! Our patio is here for your social time and a great food and drink experience!
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
For ages 6+ we have a variety of mountain bike trails that are beginner-friendly
Similar to our Winter Season, we want Poley to be a destination for your whole crew!
Please note, shot-gun or frame-mounted seats are not permitted on the Mountain.
Get ready to load your bikes on our triple chairlift - practice trays will be available at the Lodge!
STAY ON SITE
Slope Side RV Park will be closed for the 2025 season as we work on a project for the Mountain in this area.
NEW this 2025 season - we are providing "Van-Life" spaces to our customers free of charge! to stay overnight in your adventure van or trailer! Please refer to our Stay at the Bike Park page for more details.
HIKING & RUNNING
Did you know that you can take the Triple Chairlift for a scenic ride to the top of the Mountain and hike down one of our multi-use trails!?
- Please be advised that these are multi-use trails, which includes biking up and hiking/running up/down
- Hiking/Running is not permitted at any time on the downhill mountain biking trails
PET-FRIENDLY
We welcome your on-leash, supervised pets at the following locations:
- Patio
- Hiking Trails and ski runs - please pack out all waste
- Parking Lot / Lawn
- Slope Side RV Park
Pets are
not
allowed at the following locations:
- Chairlift
- Downhill Mountain Biking Trails
- Skills Area at Base
- Lodge - unless they are a service animal
